Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and even had a kitchenette, which worked great for my little family. However, I encountered some issues with the service at the front desk, and a few amenities could use improvement, like the unreliable Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a decent stay and provided good value for the price we paid.
My stay at this hotel was largely positive, with clean and spacious rooms that made my extended visit comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience, which I really appreciated. However, the Wi-Fi connection could use some improvement, as it was frustratingly unreliable during my stay. Overall, I felt I got good value for my money and would consider staying here again.
Overall, my stay at GrandStay Ames was quite positive. The suite we had was spacious and well laid out for our needs, while the hotel’s cleanliness and friendly staff made for an enjoyable experience. However, we did face some issues with the internet service and noticed the side door near our room was often left unlocked, which was a bit concerning. Despite these drawbacks, the proximity to dining options and Iowa State's campus was a significant advantage.
The GrandStay in Ames was a perfect choice for our extended stay. The spacious suites are ideal for families, providing ample room and a kitchen for our needs. The location is fantastic with several restaurants just a short walk away. However, the breakfast options could improve slightly, and the sleeper sofa was not very comfortable. Overall, we appreciated the value and amenities offered during our stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The spacious rooms were definitely a plus, especially with two TVs for family entertainment. However, the service was lacking, particularly from the night management, making me feel unwelcome. The location is nice, being close to some restaurants, but the breakfast options could use improvement. Overall, the hotel has potential, but there are some areas that need attention.
